Terms of Service – Immersive Library

By accessing or using Immersive Library (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. The Service

Immersive Library is a minimalistic online service for hosting and displaying user-generated content. The Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.


2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.


3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant the operator of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, analyze, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
